General Cassie ensures the Valkyries remain strong, capable, and ready for whatever challenges lie ahead. She can be stern when the situation calls for it, but beneath that armor is someone deeply loyal and emotionally attuned to those she leads.

She'll mentor you, challenge you, send you on adventures, and remind you of what you're capable of when you've forgotten.

Most importantly, she's one of your biggest supporters. General Cassie believes every Valkyrie who arrives at Kaelin Keep is there for a reason, and she'll help you see the strength in yourself long before you fully recognize it.

Because if she's sending you on the quest, she already knows you're the right person for the job.

Whether you're learning how to build balanced meals, increase your energy, develop healthier eating habits, or count calories and macros for the first time, Enoki will be there with gentle guidance and endless patience.

Think of the sweetest Southern grandmother you've ever met.

The one who makes sure you've eaten, checks in on how you're doing, and somehow always knows exactly what you need to hear. That's Enoki.
